What is Indisputable Rights of The People of Iran ?

  

Now-a-days leaders of the Islamic Regime of Iran are talking about the “ Indisputable Rights of Iranian people “ regarding the nuclear energy program. It is strange that those, who have been and are repressing the rights of people constantly, claim that they are defending the rights of the very same people. Hence, it deems to remind that :

 

The Indisputable and Primary Rights of the Iranian people  is Freedom in which all the citizens of Iran enjoy equal rights. For instance, women must be free to choose their clothing and causing inconvenience for women under the  pretext  of defending religion or any other excuses must be considered as deprivation of freedom and violation of law.

 

The Indisputable Rights of people of Iran is the National Sovereignty in which the opinion of no one or any authority be above the people’s opinion. The elections must be free and fair  and cheating must be considered as against law. The governments which come to power by cheating should not be considered  as people’s elected ones. The real representatives of people must have the rights to be elected and contrary to what is practiced by the Islamic Regime of Iran the accused of crimes, misdemeanors and felonies must be abandoned from contesting the elections.

 

The Indisputable Rights of Iranians is to have chance to elect a government which brings peace, security and freedom for them and not to be the protector of the rights of a small section of people and endangers the haves and have-nots of the people. It is the rights of Iranians to have an opportunity to elect a government that improves economy, eradicates poverty and creates job facilities for its citizens.

 

The Indisputable Rights of Iranians is to have a judicial system which is to be the defender of justice and fairness and  not the system which itself violates the rights of the people. In Iran the judicial system closes down newspapers, imprisons journalists, intellectuals and their lawyers, deprives students from continuing their studies and imprisoning, torturing and executing political activities.

 

The Indisputable Rights of Iranian people is that their deputies, by scrutinizing treasury, expose plunderers of treasury and prosecute economic mafias.

 

The Indisputable Rights of Iranians is to live in their ancestral land and no one must have the rights to compel them to expatriate.

 

And Finally, it is the Indisputable Rights  of Iranian people to know that the persistence of the Islamic Regime’s leaders to access to the nuclear technology is to protect their regime and not to defend the indisputable rights of the people of Iran to have nuclear energy. The people must know that beating the drum of war along with bragging against Israel, speaking of the appearance of Imame Zaman and establishment of world Islamic government are, all, in order to protect itself and not to defend rights of the Iranian people.

 

It must be told to the Iranian president Mr. Mahmud Ahmadinejad and his accomplices, who are repressing the rights of people constantly, that increasing pressure on,women, suppressing worker’s demands and imprisoning freedom-lovers will not solve their main problem which is their inability to rule the country. Mr. Ahmadinejad and other leaders of the Islamic Regime of Iran need to understand that the people of Iran are not supporting them any more. In less than two years in office, Mr. Ahmadinejad has made the life of people more miserable than before. The people of Iran are waiting to see the promises which he made before the elections.

 

It must be told to America and other world powers, who are speaking about democracy and freedom for the people of Iran, that the first victims of war or economic sanction will be the people of Iran. The people who have been taken as hostages by the Islamic Regime for the last 28 years. The super powers need to understand that it is indisputable rights of Iranians that they, themselves, show their opposition to the deceitful Islamic Regime and its destructive policies by the means of Disobedient Movement and Mass-Strikes and struggle for establishment of freedom, democracy, social justice and observance of Human Rights.
